This home features three upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, an armoire, a dresser, and an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a closet, and a dresser. Bedroom 3 features two double beds, a dresser, and a small bay window to allow in plenty of light. All bedrooms are wrapped in knotty pine and share ready access to the upstairs bathroom, just a few steps away. There is plenty of room for 8 guests.

The living room features a gas fireplace with forced air to keep the living area nice and toasty in the winter. During summer months, there is an overhead fan to keep you cool! There is a large-screen smart TV in the living room for you to stream all of your favorite channels. Below the TV is a cabinet with a DVD player and dozens of DVDs inside for your viewing pleasure.

There is a full-size oven/stove, a microwave, a full-sized fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a crock pot, cookware, and many utensils. (please add a toaster and dishwasher to FAQ)
The kitchen is well-stocked with drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, and an ample supply of dishes and silverware. The kitchen is well-lit with natural light from all sides during the day and plenty of overhead light for early morning and night-time.

There are 2 bathrooms. One is upstairs with a full bath and one is downstairs with a large shower. Each bath has plenty of lighting and overhead exhaust fans. Both bathrooms are well-stocked with facecloths, hand towels, bath towels, and toiletries.

The living room has a nearly wall-to-wall panoramic view of the sand and the waves. There is a dining table with 4 chairs plus a bench that spans the length of the table for additional seating. The room also features an overhead fan to keep you cool in the summer, and a forced-air gas fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter. With a full-size couch and three comfortable easy chairs, There is plenty of space for group get-togethers and TV watching. The knotty pine gives the home a warm beach and cabin feel.

The game closet is well-stocked with games, puzzles, and books for all ages. There is a Pack-N-Play and a high chair in the closet for the little ones!
The closet also has an area to hang clothing and other garments.

With miles of sandy beaches, Lincoln City is a prime location for surfing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, paragliding, and more. During spring and winter, whale watching is a favorite pastime. It is not uncommon to see whales in Lincoln City, but if you're in for a whale-watching excursion, Depot Bay, just a few miles south, offers some of the best Whale Watching and Fishing Excursions on the Oregon Coast.
